Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EGA CRM website and services ("Services") provided by EGA CRM ("EGA", "we", "us"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure.

2. Accounts and access

Certain features require an account or a deployed instance. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

3. Self-hosted deployments

EGA is provided as a self-hosted platform. When deployed on your infrastructure, you are responsible for the operation, security and lawful use of your instance and the data it contains. Service scope, support and responsibilities are defined in your individual service agreement.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Fees, billing cycles and included modules are set out in your order or service agreement.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees are fixed for the agreed term.
• Late or non-payment may result in suspension of support or services.

5. Intellectual property

EGA and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the software, branding and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the platform itself, only the right to use it as agreed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the platform, reverse-engineering it beyond what the law permits, or using it for unlawful purposes.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where EGA processes data on your behalf, a separate Data Processing Agreement applies.

8. Warranties and liability

The Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EGA's liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for your self-hosted data and any obligations accrued before termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lithuania, unless your service agreement states otherwise.
